Chuckwagon Chili

1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef Brown beef in frying pan.
Remove to a large saucepan.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir and bring to boil.
Let simmer, covered for an hour or so.
Add water if it appears too dry and thick.
Taste and add more chili if required.
1 medium onion
14oz can Kidney beans and juice
10oz can Mushrooms and juice
6 wieners cut into 1/2" slices
2 medium carrots
10oz can Condensed cream of tomato soup

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Serves 8

1 teaspoon Chili powder
